Send the full packet — Certificate of Completion + translation (if needed) + Foreign Badge Memo + O-5 Approval Memo — through your chain in IPPS-A / S1. (If your chain asks for AR 600-8-22 itself, your unit can pull the current copy from the Army Publishing Directorate — we don't distribute the regulation.)
